Location close to the restaurant as well as the beach, shopping area, aqua park, bus stop. Nearby Batucada - great place to chill out. A reasonably large and nicely furnished room provided with kids in territory, the public toilet, modern air.

Every member of staff was responsive. My standard double room had modern conveniences, including an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set with satellite channels. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

Although everything was fine, some of the staff were very busy.

The restaurant and bar were extremely helpful and friendly. The entertainers made great efforts to amuse the children, a difficult task considering the diffrerent nationalities that were staying in the Hotel. Overall, very good value for money and very relaxing stay

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. I was impressed with the basic amenities in the rooms, especially the modern air conditioning. The hotel offered good value for money, with reasonable prices for both accommodation and breakfast.

during our stay at the hotel the staff were friendly and the nightly entertainment was brilliant

The location is so good, close to everything. It's easy to take a bus to visit other places. The food around the beaches is lovely and beautiful. The hotel opens at 10 am and has a smaller pool area with kids water slides which is great and all supervised.

All in all, everything was fine with no major issues.

Its very close to the beach and the promenade of La Pineda. Food was pretty good considering it was mass produced.

The worst staff I have ever encountered on all my travels. They werent just rude they were downright aggressive! Hotel was full to the limit and the breakfast and dinner was like eating at a zoo. The other guests would trample you out of the way and the staff would push you into their path. I would not recommend this hotel in hi season. Bit too Butlins in the Sun for me

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Salou. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the basic amenities that met all my needs. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the sun and sand. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the delicious breakfast, served at a convenient time of 10:10.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing that could be improved upon.
